for end-product optimization. Through this center we bring together
biomaterial and engineering experts, world-class manufacturing
and testing equipment and rapid on-site material concept iterations
in support of our client’s projects
Feasibility Advisory Study
With the support of our team of chemists, scientists, and engineers, we assist
in every stage of your project from concept initiation through full scale manufacture.
Our leading experts will conduct a technical review of your product’s functional
requirements, identify potential challenges to the program and provide custom
material alternatives. Through this process development milestones and associated
timelines are established.
Biomaterial Customization
Our materials possess unique benefits in the areas of biodurability,
lubricity, bio-film reduction, bio and hemocompatibility, infection
control and antimicrobial properties. In addition, each product
family can be modified to meet customer specifications as they
pertain to mechanical strengths and physical characteristics.
